Kitchen!

Once upon a time we redid our kitchen. By "we" I mostly mean Matt. Mateo knocked down all the cabinets, knocked down all the stupid random wastes of space (large, clunky pantry, random boxes filled with air near ceiling on both sides!?) I tried to find ways to not go crazy while washing dishing in the tub/sink, not using my stove or oven and having my entire front entry way covered in the kitchen explosion. Here is the tale of our kitchen, told mostly in pictures:

note: I feel like the new pictures don't do it justice. It's hard to take a picture of that kitchen. But I assure you. There is more space, more light, more happiness.

This is our kitchen back in 2008 - right when we moved in. This was pre babies. Apparently prebabies we used to have other people who now have babies over for dinner. No one does that anymore. But back in the day we did. We also had a large useless pantry.

Here is more of the same. Old kitchen. Old cabinets, old floor, etc. RANDOM waste of space above cabinets.

Other side! Anybody remember the mirrors!? They would random fall off while I did dishes. Scary! This isn't even our stuff in this picture. it was during a walk through. 

Ahhh yeah. Rip that useless pantry apart baby!
