What we're up to.

Nothing.

Literally - Matt and I sit on the couch and stare at each other after the girls go to bed. Our house is ridiculously clean with almost nothing in it (thanks to showings) and so I have nothing to clean. Our remodeling is done and so there is nothing to destroy or fix. I joke with Matt that he is going to come home and I'm going to have knocked out a wall just so we'll have something to do.

Joy, in picture.

Matt is greatly enjoying himself with nothing to do. He works hard during the day and thrives on relaxing at night. I, on the other hand, am going crazy! I don't -do nothing- well. So I am trying to get lost in good books so that I'll feel like I am being productive. I can't really craft - because there is no where to put said craft and our house isn't decorated in our style anyways. I read part of a boring church history book at Matt's request and we talked about it some. My major take away was that for some reason this book made it to print with AWFUL grammar. It was painful.

Matt relaxing well.
Chick seems happy all the remodeling is over with. She has all rooms of the house to roam in and we kept a bunch of her books. I'd say 90% of the time Z is playing by herself she is just "reading" books. Or listenning to music. That is her play of choice. In a sad note, we can't find Copyups -anywhere-. Thankfully she hasn't noticed yet... she goes through attachment phases. If/when it hits, it could be bad.

Overall, life is just chugging along waiting for a buyer. Hopefully it'll happen soon - but I am really trying to just think about perfect timing and realize that it's not the end of the world if we stay in our condo for a while longer. Matt loves it, because it is so. clean. and nice and updated. I'd love it more if it had a yard. But it does have a pool - so we are using that much to our advantage, swimming all the time.

And so we just chill and wait.
